1. About Us
Poterie Slaoui specializes in the handcrafted production of Moroccan pottery, decorative pieces, tableware, and custom-made creations.
Every product is handmade in our workshop using traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.
2. Products
As each of our creations is entirely handcrafted, every piece is unique.
Minor variations in size, color, texture, or finish are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Although we strive for accuracy, slight differences may occur depending on your screen settings.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
Depending on your location, prices may also be viewed in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD).
Shipping costs are calculated before your order is confirmed.
Poterie Slaoui reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed or, in the case of custom-made products, once the quotation has been accepted.
Custom orders are produced exclusively according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all dimensions, colors, and information before confirming their order.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available on our website.
All transactions are protected to ensure the security of our customers' personal and payment information.
6. Custom-Made Products
Personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer.
Due to their unique nature, these orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
7. Shipping
We ship throughout Morocco and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

8. Claims
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or does not match your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Your claim must include:
Your order number
Several photographs of the affected product
Photographs of the packaging received
Unfortunately, claims submitted after the 24-hour period cannot be accepted.
9. Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature and fragility of our creations, Poterie Slaoui does not accept product returns.
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. Refunds
After reviewing your claim, if it is deemed valid, Poterie Slaoui may, at its discretion:
Replace the damaged product free of charge; or
Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Each request is assessed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.
